Article 1 Purpose

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the terms and procedures, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters of the Service by customers (hereinafter referred to as members) who use all services (hereinafter referred to as services) provided by 'The Korean Doctors’ Weekly Co., Ltd.co.Ltd'-owned KBR (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Article 2 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions

  1. Services are provided on condition that members accept the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and if you click "Agreement" at the time signing up of membership, you are considered to agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions become effective when published online.
  3. The company has the right to arbitrarily change the terms and conditions when there is an unavoidable reason for change, and the changed terms and conditions become effective when notified online.
  4. If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request withdrawal, and if the member continues to use the service after the effective date of the changed terms, the member will be considered to have agreed to the changes to the terms and conditions.

Article 3 Rules other than the terms and conditions

  • Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant domestic laws and regulations.

Article 4 Conclusion of use contract

  1. The contract of use is established when the company approves the member's application for membership.
  2. The company may reject the application for membership if the contents of the application are false or if the application is filed in violation of the stipulated matters.

Article 5 Termination of use contract

  1. A member may request the company to terminate the contract at any time.
  2. As soon as the member's request for cancellation is received, the company must cancel the member and delete personal information except for cases specified in the relevant laws and personal information processing policy.
  3. The company may terminate, restrict or suspend the contract of use without prior notice if the member violates the obligations of the member in Article 9.

Article 6 Services

  1. The company provides the following services.
    - News service
    - Video service
    - Bulletin board service
    - Survey service
    - DB service
  2. The company may add, change, or delete service contents if necessary.

Article 7 Obligations of the company

  1. The company must do its best to provide continuous and stable service.
  2. In principle, the company should provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as regular inspections, natural disasters, and emergencies, the service may be temporarily suspended.

Article 8 Protection of personal information

  1. The company cannot disclose or distribute the personal information of members collected in connection with the service to a third party without prior consent of the person. However, this is not the case if there is a request from the relevant agency in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  2. The company will notify the person in charge of personal information protection and other matters related to personal information in a separate "personal information processing policy".

Article 9 Member's Obligations

  1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Members cannot transfer or lend their ID to a third party.
  3. Members must notify the company if their ID is used illegally.
  4. Members must ensure that there are no false, erroneous or omissions in the items entered when signing up for membership.
  5. Members cannot infringe on the rights or copyrights of third parties.
  6. Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws, and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the company's business.
  7. Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the service without prior consent of the company.

Article 10 Copyright

  1. The copyright for all services of the company belongs to the company and the provider and advertiser that provides the contents to the company. All these works are protected by the Copyright Act and related laws and regulations, and they cannot be reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, broadcast or used by other methods without the prior consent of the company, or the content provider, or the advertiser and can not be used by a third party. Copyright infringement is subject to applicable laws.
  2. The company is not responsible for the contents posted by members on articles, opinions, bulletin boards, etc. within the service.
  3. The company will notify other matters related to copyright by writing in the separately set “copyright policy”.

Article 11 Miscellaneous

  • These terms and conditions are based on the standard terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Commission.
