Samjin Pharmaceutical vows ‘healthy innovation, sustainable growth’ in the new year

Samjin Pharmaceutical encouraged employees who led the company's growth and development despite last year's challenging internal and external environment at the opening ceremony on Thursday.

The company also renewed its resolve to strive for “sustainable growth” in the new year.

Samjin Pharmaceutical CEO Choi Yong-joo set “healthy innovation and sustainable growth” as the keywords for achieving the 2025 management goal and called for strengthening interdepartmental collaboration as an essential prerequisite.

Choi asked employees to find proactive and creative ways to solve problems that arise during the process. He also said that the company would focus on strengthening the core competencies of each headquarters to overcome the crisis caused by the ongoing economic downturn and presented business goals for each division to enhance competitiveness and establish strategies.

“If all employees work together with a common goal of 'healthy innovation' and 'sustainable growth,' which are the keywords for this year's management, we will surely be able to create the desired results,” CEO Choi said. “I hope that all employees will actively participate in the energetic steps for Samjin Pharmaceutical's successful leap forward in 2025, and let's continue the new growth based on this.”
