Kolon Biotech earns 2025 Leisure-Friendly Management Certification for work-life innovation

Kolon Biotech announced on Wednesday that it has received the "Leisure-Friendly Management Certification" at the 2025 Leisure-Friendly Management Certification Ceremony for Companies and Institutions, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Regional Culture Development Agency.

The Leisure-Friendly Management Certification program recognizes and honors companies and institutions that have implemented outstanding systems to promote work-life balance and improve employees' quality of life. It has solidified its status as a key indicator of corporate culture innovation and sustainable management.
