AVIEW Modeler follows four functions; image segmentation with Magic Cut, STL auto-generation and auto-calibration capabilities, cloud solution using web-based thin client, AI-based Smart Slicer that restores DICOM into precise data smaller than 1mm, the company said in a news release Thursday.

“Sales of AVIEW Modeler have increased in many companies and research institutions recently,” said Sam Jang, director of the operation & service team at Corelinesoft. “We plan to introduce upgrade functions like AI-based fully automated anatomy of the vertebrae, automatic acquisition of research data and pseudonymization function all for the medical images used by researchers, hospitals and external companies.”

These reflected consumer demands and buying motives of customers, he added.

AVIEW Modeler has been introduced to major 3D printing service companies specializing in 3D printing for hospitals and healthcare worldwide, including Germany, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and India. It has also won the approval of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

“AVIEW Modeler is mostly used in the anatomy of brain area. The modeling speed is quite swift, and untact communication could be effectively preceded,” a Stanford Medicine College Laboratory researcher was quoted as saying. “We plan to expand its use in a variety of areas in the long run.”

Standford 3DQ Lab introduced AVIEW Modeler on its official website and categorized it into the highly specialized image processing software in March.

Corelinesoft was selected as a certified manufacturer of innovative medical device software on July 2.
