Milott Laboratories, based in Samutprakarn, a central Thai province, is an original equipment/design manufacturer (OEM/ODM) in the beauty and healthcare sector. The Thai company has broad domestic and international partnerships, distribution channels, and related infrastructure.

Ildong Bioscience will supply raw materials for probiotics and semi-complete probiotics. Milott will seek approval for functional health goods and distribute the products in the Thai market.

Ildong Bioscience said it would strengthen cooperation with Milott by diversifying raw materials' strain types and formulations and pushing for a supply of finished goods.

“Based on abundant strain data, original technologies such as coating, and halal and kosher certification, we are trying to secure competitiveness and differentiate probiotic raw materials,” an official at Ildong Bioscience said. “Utilizing the entry into the Thai market, we will also try entering neighboring Southeast Asian countries.”

Ildong Bioscience, established as an affiliate of Ildong Holdings in 2016, specializes in health functional food manufacturing based on probiotics-related original technologies and infrastructure.

The company supplies raw materials for probiotics and related products to local and international pharmaceutical companies.
