Medical AI solution provider Coreline Soft said Monday that the company has started a cooperative relationship with medical AI platform company Promedius to advance AI solutions and expand market share.
Coreline Soft has supplied its AI diagnostic solution as a national lung cancer screening support and quality control solution for five consecutive years. It is also used by more than 100 Korean and foreign hospitals, including the National Cancer Center and Seoul National University Hospital.
The company has won a multinational lung cancer screening project in five European countries and a German lung cancer screening project (HANSE). In addition, the company recently provided its AI chest diagnosis solution (AVIEW LCS) to a lung cancer screening project (ISLP) involving 18 Italian hospitals and cancer/tumor centers in Milan.
Promedius develops medical image reconstruction and diagnostic solutions based on next-generation AI technology. AI solution PRO CXR: ID determines infectious diseases, such as Covid-19 infection, through chest X-ray images as demonstrated overseas. Recently, it has launched a medical AI cloud platform, AIdant, to increase access to medical AI solutions.
Both companies promoted strategic collaboration with competitive products in the chest imaging market based on their accumulated expertise.

Promedius CEO Bae Hyun-jin said, "Through this collaboration, we will promote new competitiveness in the chest X-ray field, develop various solutions, and expand new markets in the future.”
Bae added that it was important to introduce their AI solutions to the global market through a supply agreement with Coreline Soft, which has technical collaboration and product sales experience with leading hospitals in the chest imaging market.
