About 2,800 political and business leaders, including President Yoon Suk-yeol, attend the five-day event. In addition, Lunit CEO Suh Beom-suk will make a presentation on the company’s innovative healthcare solution based on artificial intelligence, it said.

The forum’s organizers invited the Korean company as a member of the Global Innovators Community, which the company described as companies with world-leading technology among global startups. About 10 Asian small- and medium-sized companies attended the forum, and two Korean startups – Lunit and Greenlabs – were invited.

“Lunit will seek ways to contribute to global public-private projects pursued by the form as a pending issue to change the future medical system,” CEO Suh said. “We will also actively discuss ways to expand AI healthcare service with dozens of participating institutions, including global life science companies, governments, and international organizations.”

Davos Forum is an annual event celebrating its 53rd anniversary to discuss global issues with the attendance of renowned politicians, business leaders, and academicians from all over the world.

This year, aside from global business enterprises, including Google, Microsoft, and JP Morgan, the CEOs of Hyundai Motor, SK, GS, LG, and Hanwha are participating in the event to discuss “Cooperation in a Fragmented World.”
