3X-INSIGHTS is a platform that manages and analyzes various next-generation sequencing (NGS) and bio-big data such as genome, transcriptome, and microbiome based on the web and cloud.

It was developed to increase the utilization of bio-big data, which is being used in various fields such as biomarker discovery, genetic diagnosis, and health supplement development in the biotechnology field, and to make it easier to use by utilizing the cloud, which does not require the purchase and management of storage devices.

3X-INSIGHTS' platform consists of three packages that support human genome analysis, clinical information and multi-omics data analysis, and microbiome analysis, and will be equipped with additional transcriptome data analysis packages.

"We have developed a service that makes it easy for researchers around the world to utilize our bio-big data analysis and management system, which has been verified by major government agencies in Korea," said Park Jun-hyung, CEO of 3BIGS. "With the launch of 3X-INSIGHTS on AWS Marketplace, we are excited to have the opportunity to sell products and conduct technical cooperation with global hospitals, universities, and companies."

“We plan to continue our enterprise-customized platform business to help various researchers utilize bio-big data to accelerate the creation of research outcomes in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution," Park added.

Meanwhile, 3BIGS was selected to build a cancer protein genome data analysis system for the National Cancer Center and developed the core technology for the cancer clinical analysis platform K-CORE in December last year.
