LG Chem said Friday that the company opened an aesthetic “Solution Lab Center" in Caiting Hospital, which specializes in cosmetic surgery in Shanghai, to expand expand its educational support for YVOIRE (LG Chem's hyaluronic acid filler’s brand name) customers in China.

LG Chem plans to improve the quality of training, including expanding live demonstrations by experienced doctors, to help doctors improve their treatment capabilities and provide comprehensive solutions while establishing a safer aesthetic medical culture in the Chinese market.

"LG Chem has been paying a lot of attention to building a safe and aesthetic medical environment," Executive Vice President Noh said. "We will further enhance the brand value of YVOIRE, the first Korean filler in China, by providing solutions to achieve high safety and effectiveness."

Wu Xiaojun said, "Proven quality products and physician experience are critical for reliable filler treatments. We are pleased to collaborate with LG Chem to enhance the treatment capabilities of our physicians in Korea, China, and other leading aesthetic markets in Asia."

LG Chem plans to expand its solution centers to other cities, following one in Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital in Seoul and Shanghai, China, and will continue to identify and provide customized training services, including the latest techniques and ways to prevent and deal with adverse reactions, under the leadership of its medical department.
