Artiva Biotherapeutics named Neha Krishnamohan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President, while Jennifer Bush has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Neha Krishnamohan brings a wealth of experience from the biotechnology sector, having held significant roles, including serving on the board of directors at Arcutis Biotherapeutics and as CFO and Executive Vice President at Kinnate Biopharma Inc.

A graduate of Duke University with dual majors in biomedical engineering and economics, Krishnamohan has strength in corporate strategic growth, business development, and finance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

During her tenure in healthcare investment banking and at Goldman Sachs, she successfully led over $100 billion in M&A transactions. At Artiva, she will oversee the company's financial management, strategic resource allocation, and organizational efficiency.

Jennifer Bush steps into the role of COO with a rich background in business and operational management.

Her extensive experience spans corporate strategy, governance, legal and regulatory problem-solving, and information strategy. Previously serving as a key legal advisor at Artiva, Bush's new role as COO is expected to be pivotal in driving the company's strategic business development and growth initiatives.

"With the organizational restructuring through these new appointments, Artiva Biotherapeutics is gearing up for strategic innovation and operational efficiency to prepare for future growth," GC Cell CEO James Park said. "The inclusion of these two new leaders is anticipated to enhance business cooperation between Artiva and GC Cell, amplifying our collective potential."
