The contract covers the export of Gcare Lipid analyzers, measurement strips for cholesterol, glucose, and uric acid, as well as printers for outputting results.

GC MS expects that the deal will generate approximately 4 billion won ($2.9 million) in revenue over the next three years.

Firstlink Healthcare Asia is a subsidiary of Jacobson Pharma Corp., a major pharmaceutical and medical device distributor in Hong Kong.

According to GC MS, Jacobson Pharma holds a 40 percent share of the Hong Kong pharmaceutical market and operates a global network across 15 countries. In 2023, Jacobson Pharma reported a total revenue of 450 billion won.

"We plan to solidify our presence in the Greater China region and expand our market share in the diagnostic device sector,” a GC MS official said.
