Hugel recently participated in the Japan Association of Plastic surgery and Skin treatment for Aesthetics (JAPSA) 2024 in Tokyo to introduce the latest trends in Korean medical aesthetic procedures and the use of its HA (hyaluronic acid) filler, The Chaeum.
JAPSA is an event for local plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and industry representatives to introduce the latest advances and trends and share various information to improve their skills. At the seminar, Hugel delivered a lecture to 80 attendees on facial procedures using HA fillers and trends in Korean medical aesthetics.
The speaker, Byme Plastic Surgery Director Choi Hanmoe, noted that filler treatments for natural facial volume enhancement are gaining popularity worldwide and shared the latest trends in Korea.
Choi emphasized that Hugel's HA filler, The Chaeum, has been proven safe in the Korean market for the past 10 years and that its product lineup with various properties allows for balanced treatment of the entire face. He also showed a video of an actual procedure using The Chaeum to enhance the participants’ technical understanding.
“It was a great honor to communicate directly with Japanese medical staff through this conference and plastic surgeon specialist Dr. Choi Hanmoe,” a Hugel official said. “We will continue to carry out various activities to enhance the credibility and value of our products, including HA filler The Chaeum in the Japanese market.”
