Two thousand and seventy-three new pharmacists were produced this year.

The Korea Healthcare Personnel Licensing Examination Institute (KHPLEI) announced Thursday that 2,073 of the 2,184 candidates have passed the 76th National Pharmacist Examination in 2025.

The pass rate was 94.9 percent, the highest in the last five years. The previous pass rates were 91.0 percent in 2021, 92.3 percent in 2022, 93.7 percent in 2023, and 90.7 percent in 2024.

The top scorer was Choi Won-ho, who graduated from Sungkyunkwan University and scored 333 out of 350 points (95.1 points on a 100-point scale).

The results of the pharmacist examination can be checked on the KHPLEI website. The institute will directly notify results via text message to those who provided their contact information when applying.
