Hugel, a Korean medical aesthetics company, said it appointed Park Chul-min as its new Representative Executive Officer, effective immediately from Friday. Park succeeds Han Seon-ho and will serve alongside the current Representative Executive Officer, Moon Hyoung-jin.
Park’s appointment comes after Han tendered his resignation in February, stepping down six months before his official term was set to conclude in August 2025.
Park, who joined Hugel in 2018, has played an important role in the company’s rapid growth and international expansion, particularly in key markets such as China, Europe, and the U.S. As the head of business operations, he has overseen various functions, including human resources, legal and regulatory affairs, production, and research and development.
Park holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Korea University and a master’s degree from Cornell University. Prior to joining Hugel, he worked at major Korean conglomerates and global pharmaceutical companies, including Hyundai Motor Company, GS Engineering & Construction, Bayer Korea, and Sanofi Korea.
“Park has played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion and operational stability,” a Hugel official said. “We are confident that his leadership will further propel Hugel’s growth in the global medical aesthetics industry.”
