Lee began his pharmaceutical career at GSK Korea and has since held leadership positions at multinational companies such as MSD Korea, Sanofi-Aventis Korea, Novartis Korea, and Merz Asthetics Korea. He joined Galderma Korea in 2019.

During his five years at Galderma Korea, Lee oversaw the aesthetic business unit, successfully launching new products like Restylane Kysse and Restylane Eyelight.

He also spearheaded the renewal of key brands such as Sculptra and Dysport, strengthening the company’s product portfolio and driving significant business growth.

Lee temporarily led both the Pharmaceuticals and Dermo-cosmetics divisions, accumulating a wealth of experience across all of Galderma Korea's business sectors, including dermatology and skincare.

"I am honored to lead Galderma Korea, a company that has grown into a leader in dermatological science under the slogan of advancing skin science for all," Lee said. "Building on the company's expertise, I am committed to providing innovative solutions for the increasingly diverse and complex skin concerns of our customers, while enhancing organizational capabilities and ensuring sustainable growth both internally and externally."
