Kolmar Global taps Ji Chang-wook as 1st global ambassador for hangover relief drink 'Condition'
Kolmar Global, a subsidiary of Kolmar Holdings, has appointed actor Ji Chang-wook as the first global ambassador for its flagship hangover relief brand “Condition.”
With the new campaign, the company aims to strengthen brand awareness across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore, and solidify its presence in the global healthcare and wellness sector.
Since its launch in 1992, Condition has maintained its position as the top hangover relief drink in Korea for 33 consecutive years. Kolmar Global is responsible for overseas distribution of the product, which is now available in 15 countries, including Japan, China, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, Mongolia, and the Netherlands.
Under the slogan “Boost Your Day,” the campaign will roll out across various platforms, such as outdoor advertisements, social media, and TikTok, aiming to reach local consumers more effectively.
“Ji Chang-wook is widely loved for his healthy and energetic image, which perfectly aligns with the values that Condition stands for,” a Kolmar Global official said. “Through this campaign, we hope to deepen our communication with local consumers and further expand the brand’s global influence.”
In addition to marketing efforts, Kolmar Global is pursuing a localization strategy by diversifying the Condition product line into health supplements and reduced-sugar beverages, tailored to meet the regulatory and market trends of each country.
These efforts have already paid off, with the brand achieving market leadership in Vietnam, China, and Mongolia. The company also revealed plans to enter the U.S. market in the second half of this year.
