Galderma Korea said that its executives and employees visited the Hansarang Disabled Infant Center, affiliated with ChildFund Korea, last Friday, where they volunteered and donated Cetaphil products, the company's dermatological skincare brand.

Galderma Korea, leveraging its skin science expertise, has consistently engaged in social contribution initiatives to foster a healthy, caring community.

Since partnering with ChildFund Korea, also known as “Green Umbrella for Children,” in 2022, the company has progressed from basic product donations to hands-on volunteer activities, in which its executives and employees actively engage with children, spending meaningful time and interacting directly, according to Galderma Korea.

To date, Galderma Korea has donated over 60,000 Cetaphil products to promote skin health. In addition, through initiatives that support the emotional stability and social development of infants and toddlers with disabilities, the company advances its commitment to care, extending beyond skin health to include emotional well-being.

This year's volunteer initiative featured Galderma Korea employees joining the “Dream Patissier” cooking class at Hansarang Disabled Infant Center. Employees teamed up with infants and toddlers to make cupcakes and hot chocolate, fostering meaningful connections.

The children demonstrated independence and creativity by preparing dough and decorating it on their own. They also enjoyed sharing their creations by exchanging the snacks they made. Additionally, they joined a flowerpot-making activity, where handling soil and planting seeds enriched their sensory experiences and emotional growth, according to Galderma Korea.

Galderma Korea also donated 1,000 Cetaphil products to mark the transition to a drier season. The Cetaphil Pro AD Derma Moisturizer and Cream help reinforce the skin barrier and maintain hydration and nutrients. These low-irritation moisturizers are safe for sensitive infant and toddler skin.

“It was deeply meaningful to visit Hansarang Disabled Infant Center again this year with our employees, meet the children directly, and share our warm hearts,” Galderma Korea CEO Lee Jai-hyuck said. "As a company specializing in skin science, Galderma Korea feels a profound responsibility to foster an environment where all members of society recognize the importance of skin health and can grow healthily. We will continue to actively engage in various social contribution activities, maintaining ongoing exchanges with the local community and delivering tangible warmth to neighbors in need."
