According to the company, Arab East Medical, its local partner and exclusive distributor in Saudi Arabia, participated in and won a tender opened by NUPCO.

NUPCO is the national medical supplies organization in Saudi Arabia and exclusively supplies medicines and medical device consumables to government medical institutions such as public hospitals.

"We will supply the products to NUPCO through Arab East Medical for two years," the company said. "The order covers 54 craniomaxillofacial -- cranial, oral and maxillofacial -- products, which are high-value products that require a high level of precision manufacturing capabilities."

Osteonic CEO Lee Dong-won stressed that the contract is a valuable result of its continued participation in the Arab Health conference since 2013.

"In addition to Arab Health 2023, Osteonic is scheduled to participate in various conferences and healthcare fairs this year, including the 2023 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), which was held earlier this month," Lee said. "Osteonic will accelerate its overseas exports with its superior product competitiveness based on its technology."
