ARSSI, established in 2000 to nurture competitive hospitals in Indonesia, consists of 35 branches and 1,350 members. Many members within the association are known to be planning investments in digital transformation.

The visit included 32 officials, including ARSSI President Iing Ichsan Hanafi and Philips APAC Head of Health Systems Solutions Kim Hyo-shuk.

During the visit, ARSSI focused on understanding the overall concept of smart hospitals and the digital transformation journey of Yongin Severance Hospital. They also closely examined in-hospital digital solutions like the integrated response space (IRS). Following the hospital tour, there was a session for feedback from the delegation and discussions on long-term cooperation partnerships between the ARSSI and Yongin Severance Hospital.

"We hope to continue various exchanges with the association, sharing sustainable achievements in the field of digital healthcare," said Kim Eun-kyung, director of Yongin Severance Hospital.

Meanwhile, Yongin Severance Hospital is actively conducting various digital healthcare research projects, leading medical digital innovation, and establishing itself as a patient-centered smart hospital.

Recently, the hospital was recognized for its efforts in creating new customer value by integrating information and communication technology across service management and rapidly transitioning to digital, winning the World Grand Prix award for the second consecutive year at the 2023 DX Service Awards.
