Handok and Weavr.Care said they have signed a joint promotion agreement to enhance marketing and sales activities for the latter’s Doctor Palette, a cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) solution.
Under the agreement, Handok will focus on marketing and selling Doctor Palette to primary care institutions, while Weavr.Care will handle system maintenance and customer service (CS) operations.
Doctor Palette is a web-based cloud EMR solution that eliminates the need for separate server installation, downloads, or updates, thereby reducing initial costs for medical institutions. The platform integrates essential hospital management functions, including patient management, business analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and scheduling.
Its user-friendly interface (UI/UX) enables healthcare professionals to access and update medical records from any location and device, optimizing hospital operations and enhancing patient services.
“Doctor Palette will streamline unnecessary administrative tasks for medical professionals, allowing them to focus on patient care,” Handok President Kim Mi-yeon said. “Handok remains committed to strengthening its position in the digital healthcare sector and delivering innovative solutions.”
"In a recent survey conducted among 1,004 doctors using Medigate, Doctor Palette was ranked as the third most desirable EMR to try, recognizing its innovative value and growth potential in the medical field," Weavr.Care CEO Kho Woo-kyun said. “The business agreement with Handok is expected to establish Doctor Palette as a leading platform in the domestic medical software market and serve as an opportunity to widely promote Wivacare's technological capabilities."
