Weavr.Care, a Korean digital healthcare company, has signed an MOU with Unien Korea, the exclusive Asian distributor of Evelab Insight’s AI skin diagnosis solutions, to link the Eve device with Weavr.Care’s cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) system, Doctor Palette.
The two companies will jointly develop and market a solution that combines AI skin analysis with a next-generation EMR platform for dermatology and aesthetic clinics, streamlining patient management.
Under the partnership, Unien Korea’s Eve device will be directly linked with the Doctor Palette system in Korea, enabling clinics to conduct in-depth skin analysis and design personalized treatment plans without leaving their EMR interface.
The integration also establishes a co-sales structure, automates the storage of AI skin diagnosis data in EMRs to enhance efficiency, and includes joint marketing initiatives.
With this integration, clinics using Doctor Palette can view 3D-tracked skin analysis data generated by the Eve device directly within their EMR, streamlining processes from patient assessment to treatment planning.
The solution is expected to be particularly beneficial for dermatology and aesthetic practices, where objective, data-driven analysis can support more personalized treatments, boosting both patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Unien Korea holds exclusive distribution rights across Asia for Evelab Insight’s compact yet highly precise Eve device, which features AI-powered analysis, rapid diagnostics, and a multilingual reporting system to cater to international patients.
The company anticipates that these capabilities, combined with Doctor Palette’s EMR functions, will strengthen clinics’ competitiveness in the global medical tourism market.
“This partnership with Unien Korea goes beyond simple technical integration,” Weavr.Care CEO Lee Eun-sol said. “By combining AI skin diagnosis with cloud-based EMR, we will accelerate the digital transformation of dermatology and aesthetic practices, providing patients with more accurate and systematic medical services.”
Unien Korea CEO Kim Tae-ho also said, “Doctor Palette is a user-friendly EMR platform highly regarded by medical professionals, which is why we chose it as our exclusive integration partner.”
The company expects this collaboration to maximize the real-world application of Eve’s advanced AI skin diagnosis capabilities, Kim added.
The companies plan to roll out joint marketing campaigns targeting dermatology clinics, aesthetic dermatology practices, and plastic surgery centers, with a particular focus on institutions aiming to attract overseas patients.
The offering will include a combined package of AI skin diagnosis and Google reservation services to differentiate participating clinics.
