The iF Design Award is the longest-running international design award and is considered one of the world's top three design awards, along with the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) of the U.S. and the Red Dot Design Award of Germany.

The iF Design Awards select winners by comprehensively evaluating design distinction and impact in nine categories -- product, package, communication, concept, interior, architecture, service design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI).

Coreline Soft won in two categories—service Design and User Experience (UX)—for AVIEW HeartX, a deep learning-based chest X-ray (CXR) cardiovascular disease diagnosis solution developed in collaboration with Asan Medical Center.

AVIEW HeartX uses AI to automatically identify and measure the boundaries of the heart and aorta. It provides a Z-score for each measurement to compare how far it is from the average effectively.

According to Coreline Soft, AVIEW HeartX was recognized by the iF Design Awards for its design, with particular acknowledgment for its potential to enhance medical efficiency.

"We are pleased to be recognized for the high level of design and user experience in our newly developed medical AI products," CEO Kim Jin-gook said. "We will strive to provide the best medical AI products through continuous design innovation."
