CG Invites said Friday that its stocks have been relisted on the Kosdaq market with the changed name from Crystal Genomics to CG Invites.

At an extraordinary shareholder meeting in June, Crystal Genomics changed its name to CG Invites due to a change in its largest shareholder to New Lake Invites Investment.

With the name change, the company stressed that it would create synergy with New Lake Invites Investment's bio ecosystem, a model for building a full-cycle value chain for data-driven healthcare and consists of 11 healthcare companies. The 11 companies include Invites Biocore, CG Invites, Health Connect, Invites Healthcare, Invites Genomics, Procagen, Crystal Bioscience, and Crystal Life Sciences.

"With the change of the largest shareholder, we have changed our name to pledge a new leap forward with the newly appointed board of directors," a CG Invites official said. "We will obtain more growth and investment opportunities in the rapidly changing environment and grow the company's value anew."
